Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You'll be the first dedicated sales hire at CarrusLink. That means you don't just book meetings, you help shape how we sell, who we go after and what works. Your main job is to identify and qualify car dealers, get in front of the right decision-makers and book demo meetings.

You take the baton from our SDRs and own the sales process from there. You meet dealers, understand what keeps them up at night and show them exactly how CarrusLink solves it. In short: you close deals and build lasting relationships.

You build our sales organisation. You hire SDRs and AEs, define how we sell and make sure the numbers follow. You're half strategist, half coach, and not afraid to pick up the phone yourself when things heat up.
