Your role
You help build HR from the ground up. Recruiting, onboarding, culture initiatives — you're part of it all. You learn how a startup builds its team and help shape the culture.
What you'll actually do
- Help with recruiting processes and candidate screening
- Contribute to onboarding new colleagues
- Develop culture and employer-branding initiatives
- Keep HR documentation and processes up to date
About you
- Student in HR, psychology, business or similar
- Interested in startup culture and People Ops
- Organised and discreet with sensitive information
- Fluent Danish
