    Intern — HR

    We're growing, and with it the need for a proper People function. It doesn't exist yet — and that's exactly what makes this opportunity unique.

    Your role

    You help build HR from the ground up. Recruiting, onboarding, culture initiatives — you're part of it all. You learn how a startup builds its team and help shape the culture.

    What you'll actually do

    • Help with recruiting processes and candidate screening
    • Contribute to onboarding new colleagues
    • Develop culture and employer-branding initiatives
    • Keep HR documentation and processes up to date

    About you

    • Student in HR, psychology, business or similar
    • Interested in startup culture and People Ops
    • Organised and discreet with sensitive information
    • Fluent Danish
