Sales Development Representative (SDR)

CarrusLink is a Danish SaaS platform that digitally connects car dealers, workshops, suppliers and customers. We automate manual processes, phone calls and spreadsheets, layering a unified customer, sales and service-contract layer on top of the dealer's existing DMS, accounting and workshop systems. We're early in our commercial journey, and now we're hiring an SDR to take ownership of our outbound sales to Danish car dealers.
Your role
You'll be the first dedicated sales hire at CarrusLink. That means you don't just book meetings — you help shape how we sell, who we go after and what works. Your main job is to identify and qualify car dealers, get in front of the right decision-makers and book demo meetings.
What you'll actually do
- Research and reach out to car dealers by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Understand dealers' day-to-day and pain points so you can speak their language
- Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and sales strategy
- Track your activity and results systematically
About you
- You thrive on outbound and aren't afraid of cold calls
- You're organised and self-driven — no one will hold your hand
- You're curious and listen before you pitch
- You communicate clearly and naturally in Danish
Nice to have
- A couple of years of B2B or SaaS sales experience
- Knowledge of the car industry
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar)
