Want to help digitalise the car industry?
When a dealer says yes, the most important work begins. They need to move from Excel and phones to CarrusLink — and it has to just work. We're looking for someone who can secure that transition.
Your role
You're the link between our product and our customers. You make sure onboarding runs smoothly, data comes across correctly and dealers actually use the platform. When something acts up, you're the one they call — and you fix it.
What you'll actually do
- Run technical onboarding incl. data migration and setup
- Tailor the platform to each individual dealer's setup
- Debug and resolve problems quickly — without losing the overview
- Build self-service guides and best practices
- Bring concrete feedback from onboarding back to the product team
About you
- You're technical enough to understand databases, APIs and error messages
- You can explain complicated things so normal people understand
- Patient with customers, but efficient in your workflow
- Organised — you can juggle several onboardings at once
- Fluent Danish
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS onboarding or technical support
- Knowledge of SQL or REST APIs
