    What is Dealertrack?

Dealertrack is Cox Automotive's DMS and F&I (finance & insurance) platform, used by thousands of US dealers for credit applications, document management and dealer operations. It's tightly built around US lenders (RouteOne style integrations), US contract law and US data residency. For a Nordic or European dealer, almost none of the F&I or DMS layer applies.

    Dealertrack strengths

    • Strong US F&I and credit-application network
    • Mature DMS for US franchise dealers
    • Part of the Cox Automotive ecosystem

    Dealertrack limitations

    • No Bilbasen / Finn / Blocket / Nettiauto distribution
    • No Nordic finance or insurance partners
    • No Danish/Swedish/Norwegian contracts or VAT logic
    • US data residency – GDPR friction
    • English-only support

    Our verdict

Dealertrack is built for the US F&I and DMS world. The Nordic and European reality is a different stack – different lenders, different contracts, different portals. CARRUSLiNK is built natively for that stack.
