    Documents & Archive is the backend of everything else you do in CARRUSLiNK. Every time a test drive agreement is created, a sales agreement is sent, a service contract is signed, or a document is uploaded, it automatically lands on the customer's and vehicle's timeline - correctly categorized and searchable. When a customer calls two years later asking 'what was in that agreement?', it takes five seconds to find it. Versioning means you can always see what was sent, when, and who changed what. The entire archive is hosted in the EU, encrypted, and access-controlled by role - so the sales team sees their customers, the sales manager sees the department, and the owner sees everything. If a customer needs their data provided (GDPR article 15), it can be done with one click.
