This means the salesperson no longer calls blindly: if the customer read the contract three days ago without signing, you know they are hesitating - and can call with a targeted question. If they haven't opened it at all, the system automatically sends a friendly reminder. Once the contract is signed, it automatically moves to Documents & Archive in the customer profile - along with test drive agreements, sales agreements, service contracts, and all other legal materials.
