CARRUSLiNK vs. HubSpot
HubSpot is a strong general-purpose CRM. It does not know what a car, a test drive or a sales contract is. CARRUSLiNK ships with those objects built in.

What is HubSpot?
HubSpot is one of the best generic CRM and marketing platforms available, and plenty of dealers have tried to run their sales on it. The problem is not quality, it is fit. HubSpot has contacts, companies and deals. A dealership has vehicles, leads from portals, test drives, trade-ins, sales contracts, service agreements and leasing contracts with expiry dates. You can model all of that with custom objects and workflows, but you are then building and maintaining a dealer system inside a marketing tool.
HubSpot strengths
- Excellent generic CRM and marketing automation
- Strong reporting and campaign tooling
- Large ecosystem of apps and integrations
HubSpot limitations
- No vehicle object, no registry lookup
- No test drive, loan agreement or sales contract
- No service agreement attach rate or renewal logic
- Nordic car portals require custom integration
- Priced per seat, so cost grows with the sales team

Our verdict
If you need broad marketing automation across many channels, HubSpot is the better tool. If you need leads, test drives, contracts, service agreements and renewals to work on Monday morning without a configuration project, a dealer-specific system wins. HubSpot can stay on the marketing side while CARRUSLiNK runs the sale and the aftermarket.
