CARRUSLiNK vs. Dracar
Dracar is a Danish DMS covering workshop, parts and accounting. CARRUSLiNK is the customer and sales layer on top: leads, test drives, contracts, service agreements and renewal.

What is Dracar?
Dracar is an established Danish dealer management system used for stock, workshop orders, parts and bookkeeping. It is built around the vehicle and the finances, which it does well. What it does not contain is the customer side: where the lead came from, whether anyone answered it, whether the test drive was followed up, and whether the customer was contacted before the contract expired. That is a different category of software, and it is where the margin usually leaks.
Dracar strengths
- Solid Danish DMS with workshop and parts
- Accounting and stock in one operational system
- Established supplier in the Danish market
Dracar limitations
- No consolidated lead inbox across sources
- No structured test-drive flow
- No service agreement attach rate or renewal tracking
- No renewal flow driven by contract expiry
- No AI for ad copy or listing images

Our verdict
Keep Dracar for what a DMS is good at: workshop, parts and accounting. Add CARRUSLiNK for the part Dracar was never built for, the customer: leads, test drives, contracts, service agreements and renewal. The two are complementary, not competing.
