# Car-to-customer match

> A car-to-customer match is the automatic comparison between a specific car and the dealership's registered customer wishes. The match is triggered when the car is registered at purchase, return or expected availability, and produces a ranked list of customers a salesperson can contact immediately.

A usable match is explainable: the salesperson must see which criteria are met, which are close and what deviates. Without a reason, the match never turns into a call.

The match does not replace the salesperson's judgement. The system suggests the order; the salesperson decides who is contacted first.

The value of a match depends on how quickly it arrives. A match landing the next day competes with the car's own listing.

## In CARRUSLiNK

CARRUSLiNK shows the match directly on the car card and sends it to the salesperson as a task with customer history and a suggested message.
